1. Scope
The Specification covers three core overhead insulated cables, rate 12/20(24)KV generally conforming to IEC60502-2

2. Constuction

2.1 Conductor
Aluminium, Circular stranded and compacted confriming to IEC 60228- class 2

2.2 Conductor Screening
Extruder thermosetting semi-Conductor layer conforming to IEC 60502-2

2.3 Insulation
XLPE thermosetting material Conforming to IEC 60502-2

2.4 Insulation Screening
2.4. 1 Semi conductor screen:
Extruded thermsetting semi-conductor layer, applied unde a swellable semi-conductingtape for watertightness.
2.4. 1Metal screen
Plain soft copper wire and /or copper tape applied helically, or aluminiu tape applied longitudinally bonded to the outer PE sheath.

2.5 Outer Sheath
Extruded black PE sheath, or PVC upon specific customer requirements, conforming to IEC60502-2

2.6 steel messenger
50 or 70 mm2 steel stranded wires covered with black PE, or PVC opon specific customers' requirement

3. Tests
All Tests required by the IEC 60502-2, either on raw material or on finished products.
